- Collaborate with various departments and individuals within the University to promote campus events and initiatives through social media.
- Respond to and engage with comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on current social media trends and best practices and apply them to the University's social media strategy.
- Use social media platforms to tell compelling stories about the University's students, faculty, and alumni to showcase the university's impact and achievements.
- Monitor and report on social media trends and analytics to inform future social media strategies and campaigns.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for the University of Utah and promote positive relationships with the university's online community.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Managing Social Media Accounts For A Brand Or Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Social Media Platforms And Their Algorithms, As Well As Experience With Social Media Management Tools.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Create Engaging And Relevant Content For Different Audiences.
Knowledge Of Analytics And Ability To Use Data To Track And Measure The Success Of Social Media Campaigns.
