- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and protocols.
- Act as a resource and mentor for less experienced staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution.
Bls And Acls Certifications.
Current Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Utah.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In An Outpatient Setting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment.
