- Conduct intra-operative monitoring during neurosurgery procedures using specialized equipment and techniques.
- Monitor and record various physiological signals such as brain activity, nerve function, and muscle movements.
- Communicate and collaborate with the neurosurgeon and surgical team to provide real-time updates on patient status.
- Troubleshoot and address any technical issues with monitoring equipment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of monitoring data and patient information.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of patients during surgery.
- Participate in training and ongoing education to stay current on new technologies and techniques in intra-operative monitoring.
- Assist with patient positioning and preparation for surgery.
- Provide exceptional and compassionate care to patients and their families.

- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information.
- Follow all hospital policies and procedures.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Neuroscience, Biology, Or Medical Technology.
Certification In Intra-Operative Monitoring Through Abret Or Other Recognized Organization.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Intra-Operative Monitoring, Preferably In A Hospital Or Clinical Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Neurophysiology And Ability To Interpret And Analyze Complex Data.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Surgical Teams And Other Healthcare Professionals.
