  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance and improve the overall employee experience at the University of Utah.
  2. Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues related to their experience.
  3. Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs.
  4. Conduct regular surveys and gather feedback from employees to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for change.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads and managers, to understand their needs and ensure a positive employee experience.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the employee experience.
  7. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new and departing employees.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and data, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  9. Provide support and guidance to managers on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  10. Participate in the development and delivery of training programs for managers and employees to promote a positive workplace culture.
  11. Collaborate with the communications team to develop and distribute internal communications related to employee experience initiatives and updates.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures related to employee experience.
  13. Assist with the planning and execution of employee appreciation events and activities.
  14. Act as an advocate for diversity and inclusion within the workplace, ensuring all employees feel valued and respected.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In Employee Experience Or Engagement.

  • Knowledge Of Hr Best Practices, Policies, And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Employees And Colleagues.

  • Proficiency In Hris Systems And Other Hr Tools, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Provide Insights For Decision Making.
