- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies and initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to assess employee engagement needs and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular surveys and focus groups to gather feedback from employees and use that data to inform engagement efforts.
- Plan and execute events and activities to enhance employee morale and promote a sense of community within the university.
- Provide guidance and support to department heads and managers on best practices for employee engagement.
- Develop and manage employee recognition programs to celebrate and reward employees for their contributions.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and retention rates and develop action plans to address any issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to employee engagement and incorporate them into university policies and practices.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and university administration, advocating for employee needs and concerns.
- Communicate regularly with employees to promote transparency and keep them informed about engagement initiatives and opportunities.
- Train and educate leaders and managers on the importance of employee engagement and provide resources and tools to support their efforts.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of employee engagement initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion through all employee engagement efforts.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Act as a role model and champion for employee engagement, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employee Engagement Or Related Field.
Knowledge Of Best Practices And Strategies For Promoting Employee Engagement In A Large Organization.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Employees At All Levels.
Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Employee Engagement Programs, Initiatives, And Events.
