  1. Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns and promoting overall well-being.
  2. Collaborate with other mental health professionals and faculty members to create a supportive and inclusive campus environment.
  3. Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans for students, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  4. Offer crisis intervention and support services to students in need.
  5. Develop and implement outreach programs and workshops to promote mental health awareness and self-care practices.
  6. Maintain accurate and confidential records of student sessions and progress.
  7. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance and update skills.
  8. Communicate with campus resources and refer students to appropriate services as needed.
  9. Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of psychology.
  10. Foster a positive and empathetic relationship with students, creating a safe and non-judgmental space for them to seek support.

Job Qualifications
  • Ph.d. In Clinical Psychology With A Focus On Embedded Mental Health Services.

  • Experience Providing Mental Health Services In A University Or College Setting.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Practices For Treating Mental Health Concerns In A Diverse Student Population.

  • Ability To Collaborate And Work Effectively With Multidisciplinary Teams, Including Campus Health Professionals And Academic Advisors.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With A Commitment To Promoting Mental Health And Wellness Among University Students.
