  1. Develop and implement communication strategies to promote and enhance the university's brand through events and programs.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to plan and execute successful events and programs.
  3. Create engaging and compelling content for event marketing materials, including social media, emails, and newsletters.
  4. Manage event and program budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
  5. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively promote and represent the university to external partners and attendees.
  6. Coordinate logistics for events and programs, such as venue selection, catering, and audiovisual needs.
  7. Monitor and track event and program metrics to assess success and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance event and program marketing.
  9. Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of event staff and volunteers.
  10. Ensure all events and programs align with the university's mission, values, and branding guidelines.
  11. Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts to secure the best pricing and services.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service to external partners, attendees, and university staff.
  13. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and adhering to strict budgets.
  14. Serve as a brand ambassador for the university at events and programs.
  15. Attend and assist with events and programs as needed, including setting up and tearing down equipment and materials.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Event Planning And Program Coordination.

  • Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills.

  • Experience With Project Management, Budgeting, And Event Logistics.

  • Knowledge Of Marketing Strategies And Tactics, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
