Medical Degree And Board Certification: A Successful Candidate For This Position Should Possess A Medical Degree From An Accredited Institution And Be Board Certified In Ophthalmology.
Fellowship Training: The Candidate Should Have Completed A Fellowship In Retina Surgery, With A Focus On Clinical Practice, At A Reputable Institution.
Clinical Experience: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Clinical Experience As A Retina Surgeon, With A Demonstrated Track Record Of Providing Excellent Patient Care.
Teaching And Research Experience: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Teaching Medical Students, Residents, And Fellows, As Well As A Record Of Published Research In The Field Of Retina Surgery.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, And Have The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team. They Should Also Demonstrate A Commitment To Patient Education And Community Outreach.
