  3. Stay up-to-date on the latest research and developments in the field of retinal surgery.
  4. Participate in ongoing research projects and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the field.
  5. Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  6. Maintain accurate and thorough medical records for all patients.
  7. Adhere to all ethical and legal guidelines in the delivery of medical care.
  8. Actively participate in departmental meetings and contribute to discussions on improving patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Medical Degree And Board Certification: A Successful Candidate For This Position Should Possess A Medical Degree From An Accredited Institution And Be Board Certified In Ophthalmology.

  • Fellowship Training: The Candidate Should Have Completed A Fellowship In Retina Surgery, With A Focus On Clinical Practice, At A Reputable Institution.

  • Clinical Experience: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Clinical Experience As A Retina Surgeon, With A Demonstrated Track Record Of Providing Excellent Patient Care.

  • Teaching And Research Experience: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Teaching Medical Students, Residents, And Fellows, As Well As A Record Of Published Research In The Field Of Retina Surgery.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, And Have The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team. They Should Also Demonstrate A Commitment To Patient Education And Community Outreach.
