  1. Develop and teach courses in human biology and anthropology at the undergraduate and graduate level.
  2. Conduct original research in the field of human biology and anthropology, including securing funding and publishing in reputable journals.
  3. Mentor and advise students in their academic and career pursuits, including thesis and dissertation supervision.
  4. Participate in departmental and university committees and events, contributing to the overall academic community and promoting the field of human biology and anthropology.
  5. Stay current with advancements and developments in the field of human biology and anthropology, continuously updating and improving course content and instructional methods.
  6. Collaborate with other faculty members and researchers within and outside the university to enhance interdisciplinary studies and research projects.
  7. Engage in community outreach and service activities related to human biology and anthropology.
  8. Assist in the recruitment and retention of students for the human biology and anthropology programs.
  9. Maintain a strong professional network and represent the university at conferences, workshops, and other academic events.
  10. Uphold the university's values of diversity, inclusion, and academic excellence in all aspects of teaching, research, and service.

Job Qualifications
  • A Phd In Anthropology Or A Related Field With A Focus On Human Biology.

  • A Strong Publication Record And Demonstrated Research Experience In The Field Of Human Biology.

  • Teaching Experience At The Undergraduate And Graduate Levels, With A Proven Ability To Engage Students And Facilitate Learning.

  • Experience Conducting Fieldwork And Working With Diverse Populations, Particularly In The Areas Of Human Evolution, Genetics, And/Or Health.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Colleagues And Mentor Students In A Professional And Inclusive Environment.
