  7. Supervise and evaluate student projects, theses, and dissertations.
  8. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students, promoting diversity and cultural competence.
  9. Maintain open communication and positive relationships with colleagues, students, and external partners, promoting a collaborative and supportive work culture.
  10. Represent the university and department at professional conferences and events, promoting the reputation and achievements of the aerospace engineering program.
