- Serve as an advocate for young children and their families.
Bachelor's Degree In Early Childhood Education Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working With Children In A Classroom Setting
Knowledge Of Child Development And Best Practices In Early Childhood Education
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Children, Parents, And Colleagues
Familiarity With Head Start Program Requirements And Regulations.
