  1. Provide essential support services to students and staff at the University of Southern California.

  13. Build and maintain relationships with students and staff to create a supportive and inclusive community.
  14. Adhere to all university policies and protocols to ensure a safe and respectful environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Counseling, Social Work, Or Psychology.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Support Role, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Support And Engage With Diverse Populations.

  • Knowledge Of And Experience With Resources And Support Services Available To Students At Usc.

  • Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With Strong Organizational And Problem-Solving Skills.
