Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Counseling, Social Work, Or Psychology.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Support Role, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Support And Engage With Diverse Populations.
Knowledge Of And Experience With Resources And Support Services Available To Students At Usc.
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With Strong Organizational And Problem-Solving Skills.
