Job Description

At the University of Southern California, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Special Project Manager - Strategic Initiatives to join our team. The successful candidate will have a unique blend of strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems. They will be a clear and confident communicator with excellent organizational skills and a passion for developing and implementing innovative projects.This is an opportunity to join a prestigious organization and take on an important role, playing a critical part in the successful management of a wide range of projects that will have a direct impact on the success of the University.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a higher education setting. They will also have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to think critically, and the willingness to take initiative. They will be comfortable with project management tools and have a track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be highly organized and able to work independently and collaboratively to coordinate project teams and resources.
