Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Servicenow Development And Customization.
Certified Servicenow System Administrator And Certified Implementation Specialist In At Least One Servicenow Module.
Strong Understanding Of Itil Processes And Experience Implementing Itil Practices Within Servicenow.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Team And Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
