  1. Develop and implement innovative solutions using ServiceNow to improve the overall user experience and streamline IT services at the University of Southern California.
  2. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective solutions.
  3. Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet the specific needs and requirements of the university.
  4. Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for the ServiceNow platform.
  5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to ServiceNow development and make recommendations for improvements.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation for all ServiceNow processes and procedures.
  8. Train and support end-users on the use of the ServiceNow platform.
  9. Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the successful deployment of new solutions and updates.
  10. Identify and communicate potential risks and roadblocks to project timelines and provide solutions to overcome them.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes and procedures to drive operational efficiency.
  12. Stay informed about university policies and procedures related to IT services and ensure compliance.
  13. Collaborate with other ServiceNow developers and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance skills and expertise.
  14. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a drive to continuously learn and improve.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Servicenow Development And Customization.

  • Certified Servicenow System Administrator And Certified Implementation Specialist In At Least One Servicenow Module.

  • Strong Understanding Of Itil Processes And Experience Implementing Itil Practices Within Servicenow.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Team And Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
