- Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff of the University of Southern California.

Minimum Of 2 Years Customer Service Experience In A Fast-Paced Environment, Preferably In Higher Education Or A Related Field.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Communications, Or Hospitality.
Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Handle Difficult Situations And De-Escalate Conflicts.
Experience In Handling Cash And Credit Card Transactions, As Well As Knowledge Of Financial Processes And Procedures.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Customer Relationship Management Software, With The Ability To Learn And Navigate New Systems Quickly.
