Senior IAM Planning and Engagement Analyst

The University of Southern California (USC) is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior IAM Planning and Engagement Analyst to join our Information Technology Services (ITS) team. In this role, you will be a key contributor in the development and implementation of the ITS Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy. You will be responsible for translating IAM plans into tangible steps, engaging stakeholders to ensure IAM solutions are implemented in a timely manner, and providing training and guidance to IAM users.To be successful in this role, you must be an excellent communicator and possess comprehensive knowledge of IAM processes and tools. In addition, you must have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in identity and access management, preferably in a higher education setting. Experience in project management and knowledge of IAM industry best practices are essential.
