Salesforce Application Specialist

The University of Southern California (USC) is seeking an experienced and motivated Salesforce Application Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with strong organizational skills, exceptional customer service aptitudes, and a passion for technology. The Salesforce Application Specialist will have a deep knowledge of Salesforce functionality and its related tools, and will play an integral role in the continued development and maintenance of the university’s Salesforce platform. This role requires the ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with other departments and stakeholders. The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field• At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and configuration• Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certifications• Proven ability to develop and maintain complex Salesforce customizations• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills• Experience in a higher education environment is preferred
