- Identify top talent: The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for identifying and sourcing top talent through various channels such as job postings, networking events, and referrals.
- Attract candidates: The Recruitment Specialist will develop and implement strategies to attract qualified candidates to the university by creating compelling job postings, utilizing social media, and attending job fairs and other events.
- Build relationships: The Recruitment Specialist will establish and maintain relationships with potential candidates, as well as with hiring managers and other stakeholders within the university.
- Conduct interviews: The Recruitment Specialist will conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess a candidate's qualifications, skills, and fit for the university.
- Collaborate with hiring managers: The Recruitment Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment plans to meet those needs.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Recruitment, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Particularly In California.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Diverse Candidates And Hiring Managers.
Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Software.
