The University of Southern California is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Specialist - Administrative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a combination of administrative and project management experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and an understanding of the University of Southern California’s mission. Qualifications:• Minimum of three years of experience in an administrative or project management role• Bachelor’s degree in a related field• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from conception to completion • Excellent communication and customer service skills• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite• Ability to work independently and in a team environment• Knowledge of university policies and procedures• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously• Proven problem solving and analytical skills
