Job Description

Assist with recruitment documents and job posting activities for faculty, staff and postdoc scholar hires. Prepare faculty dossiers with guidance from Faculty Affairs. Knowledge of payroll processes in a university setting. Preparing effort certifications quarterly for all staff employees paid on sponsored projects. Ability to communicate well with faculty, staff, and students. Assists the Research Team in the setup of satellite accounts, outgoing sub-awards and amendments. Assists with preparation of financial reports and or/progress reports. Submits invoices for approval and processing. Tracks expenditures and reconcile accounts. Serve as the backup to the current HRPAL for I-9 certifications and reverifications.

Job Qualifications
  • 3 or more years of relevant work experience in payroll and HR related functions.

  • Experience working in higher education including faculty contracts. Knowledge of Workday HRIS System

  • Directly related project or administrative experience.

Compensation
