  4. Serve as a resource for students, providing guidance and support in navigating the university's resources and services.
  5. Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and other educational opportunities for students.
  6. Maintain accurate records and data related to programs and student engagement.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both within and outside the university.
  8. Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff through various channels, including email, social media, and in-person interactions.
  9. Stay informed of current trends and best practices in higher education and student success.
  10. Collaborate with other departments and offices within the university to promote a seamless and cohesive student experience.
  11. Serve as a positive role model for students, demonstrating a commitment to the university's values and promoting a supportive and inclusive environment.
  12. Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to program development and student success.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
