Job Description

The University of Southern California (USC) is seeking a dynamic and creative Program Administrator to join our team. This position is ideal for an experienced professional with a passion for higher education and the ability to manage and support multiple programs with the highest level of customer service. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in higher education administration, preferably in the areas of program management, assessment, and curriculum development or related fields. We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students. The Program Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all aspects of the program, including budget, resources, personnel, and curriculum. He or she must have the ability to think strategically and to be proactive in developing and implementing innovative solutions.
