Job Description

The Pharmacy Technician will be responsible for prescription order entry, filling prescriptions, answering phones, retrieving messages, stocking shelves, conducting sales, interacting with customers, operating POS devices, billing for charge accounts and preparing reports as necessary. Additional duties will include obtaining prior authorizations, billing and filing paperwork.

Job Qualifications

  • CA Pharmacy Technician License Required

  • Able to work variable hours as on needed basis

  • Experience RX30 Pharmacy software though Cerner is preferred

  • Completion of accredited pharmacy technician trianing program
