- Participate in quality improvement committees and initiatives.
- Communicate with patients and their families to address any concerns or issues related to patient safety and quality of care.
- Conduct training and educational sessions for staff on patient safety and quality assurance.
- Monitor and track the progress of implemented strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with risk management and compliance teams to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance patient safety and quality of care.
- Serve as a resource and support for staff in addressing patient safety and quality concerns.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited University
Current And Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of California
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance Or Patient Safety In A Healthcare Setting
Knowledge And Understanding Of Relevant Regulatory And Accrediting Agencies (E.g. The Joint Commission, Cms, Etc.)
Experience In Data Analysis And Proficiency In Using Electronic Health Record Systems For Quality Improvement Initiatives.
