  1. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify areas for improvement in patient safety and quality of care.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient safety and quality of care.
  3. Conduct regular audits and evaluations to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
  4. Analyze data and trends to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
  5. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient safety and quality of care.
  6. Provide guidance and education to staff on best practices for patient safety and quality assurance.
  7. Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure a coordinated approach to patient safety and quality improvement.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to patient safety and quality assurance.
  9. Participate in quality improvement committees and initiatives.
  10. Communicate with patients and their families to address any concerns or issues related to patient safety and quality of care.
  11. Conduct training and educational sessions for staff on patient safety and quality assurance.
  12. Monitor and track the progress of implemented strategies and initiatives.
  13. Collaborate with risk management and compliance teams to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance patient safety and quality of care.
  15. Serve as a resource and support for staff in addressing patient safety and quality concerns.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited University

  • Current And Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of California

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance Or Patient Safety In A Healthcare Setting

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Relevant Regulatory And Accrediting Agencies (E.g. The Joint Commission, Cms, Etc.)

  • Experience In Data Analysis And Proficiency In Using Electronic Health Record Systems For Quality Improvement Initiatives.
