Job Description

The University of Southern California is looking for an experienced Patient Access Liaison to join our team. We are seeking a highly motivated, organized individual with excellent communication and customer service skills to help our patients navigate the healthcare system. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a patient-facing role, as well as a commitment to providing the highest quality of service to our patients. The Patient Access Liaison will be a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care. To be successful in this role, applicants must possess a minimum of two years of patient services experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, strong problem-solving skills, and experience with medical terminology and coding. It is essential that the successful candidate have a positive, patient-centered approach and an eagerness to help our patients receive the care they need. The ability to work in a team-oriented environment and multi-task in a fast-paced setting is also an important asset.
