Job Description

The University of Southern California is looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to join our team and help ensure successful adoption of change initiatives across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Change Management, the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of change management principles, a passion for helping people through change, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders.The OCM Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing change management plans, leading change management initiatives, and providing guidance and coaching to stakeholders. We are looking for an individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, problem solving abilities, and the ability to lead a team of change professionals to success.The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in change management, project management, and/or organizational development. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related fields is preferred, but not required. The successful candidate will also have experience in designing and implementing change management strategies, leading change initiatives, and managing stakeholders during times of change. This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work independently and in teams, and a commitment to delivering results.
