OCM Lead

At the University of Southern California, we're looking for an experienced and passionate OCM Lead to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the organizational change management (OCM) process for our initiatives, ensuring adoption and usage of new initiatives. You'll be a key leader in our organization, driving successful change outcomes for our stakeholders and partners. We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with the following qualifications:• At least 8 years of experience leading OCM initiatives within higher education • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects, leading teams, and driving change• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)• Experience developing and managing budgets • Extensive knowledge of OCM principles and tools • Ability to influence and motivate stakeholders at all levels • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred If you're passionate about OCM and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
