Nurse Practitioner (Critical Care & Stepdown)

1. Provide advanced nursing care to critically ill patients and those in the stepdown unit.
2. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
3. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions and provide appropriate interventions and treatments.
4. Administer medications and perform procedures within scope of practice.
5. Monitor and interpret patients' vital signs and laboratory results.
6. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and self-care techniques.
7. Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
8. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
9. Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to patient care discussions.
10. Act as a resource and mentor for other staff members.
