- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with athletes to promote their overall well-being.
- Participate in team meetings and educational opportunities to stay informed on the latest developments in athletic medicine and massage therapy.

Certified Massage Therapist: Candidates For This Job Should Hold A Valid Certification As A Massage Therapist From A Recognized Program Or Institution.
Experience In Athletic Medicine: A Background In Working With Athletes And Sports Injuries Is Essential For This Role, As The Massage Therapist Will Be Working Closely With The Athletic Medicine Team To Provide Specialized Care For Student-Athletes.
Knowledge Of Injury Prevention And Rehabilitation: The Massage Therapist Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Injury Prevention Techniques And Rehabilitation Protocols, As They Will Be Responsible For Helping Athletes Recover From Injuries And Maintaining Their Overall Physical Well-Being.
Strong Communication Skills: As Part Of The Athletic Medicine Team, The Massage Therapist Must Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Coaches, Trainers, And Other Healthcare Professionals To Develop Treatment Plans For Student-Athletes.
Understanding Of Ncaa Rules And Regulations: The Massage Therapist Must Have A Working Knowledge Of Ncaa Rules And Regulations Regarding Student-Athlete Health And Wellness To Ensure Compliance And Provide Appropriate Care Within These Guidelines.
