The University of Southern California is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as the Manager of Quality & Compliance for our Transplant Administration department. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and compliance standards are met within our transplant programs. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with a strong background in healthcare regulations and transplant operations.   • Develop and implement quality and compliance policies and procedures for the transplant programs within the University of Southern California
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing quality and compliance processes and make recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to healthcare and transplant operations
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess compliance with regulations and identify any areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to develop and implement corrective action plans to address any areas of non-compliance
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in healthcare laws and regulations and communicate any updates to relevant staff members
  • Educate and train staff on quality and compliance standards and procedures
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for any quality and compliance-related inquiries or concerns
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of data related to quality and compliance metrics and use this information to drive continuous improvement efforts
  • Coordinate with external organizations and agencies to ensure the transplant programs meet all necessary requirements for accreditation and certification
  • Foster a culture of quality and compliance within the Transplant Administration department and promote a patient-centric approach to care.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Quality And Compliance Management, Preferably In A Transplant Setting.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Applicable Local, State, And Federal Regulations And Accreditation Standards Related To Transplant Services.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Quality And Compliance Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Promote A Culture Of Quality And Compliance Within The Organization.
