- Serve as a liaison between the standardized patient program and other departments within the university.
- Collaborate with other learning and development coordinators to enhance cross-disciplinary learning opportunities for students.
- Assist in the development and implementation of assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of the standardized patient program.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and confidentiality guidelines when working with standardized patients.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students, standardized patients, and other team members.
- Manage the budget for the standardized patient program and make recommendations for necessary resources and equipment.

Bachelor's Degree In Education, Instructional Design, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Instructional Design Or Curriculum Development.
Knowledge Of Best Practices In Adult Learning Theory And Instructional Design Methodologies.
Experience In Coordinating And Training Standardized Patients For Simulation-Based Learning.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Faculty, Staff, And Students.
