Job Description

At the University of Southern California, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Lead Gate Service Ambassador to join our team. The Lead Gate Service Ambassador is responsible for providing quality customer service to all visitors and guests of the University to ensure a safe and secure environment. This position requires a customer-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with a diverse population. The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)• Previous customer service experience• Knowledge of security procedures• Ability to multi-task• Ability to make sound decisions• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to work a flexible scheduleIf you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have the qualifications to ensure the safety and security of the campus community, we want to hear from you!
