IT Business Analyst
The position will be responsible for production and customer support of all procure-to-pay systems; including partnering with IT Services on support, daily management of reported issues, ensuring configuration meets defined business processes. Manage daily production support for the Jaggaer indirect suite of applications, SAP Concur T&E modules, CMR/Imaging systems, tax software, audit software, RPA, and multiple integrations. Facilitate system issue identification and resolution with Information Technology Services business analysts by researching potential causes of system failure and assist in troubleshooting to define a solution. Support operational enhancements via system upgrades and business process improvement activities. Assist in gathering business requirements and developing functional specification documentation. Support report development by gathering business requirements from functional business owners and assisting in translating requirements into specific data elements.
5 years of experience
Sound knowledge of requirements gathering, documentation procedures, project management methodologies
Knowledge of purchasing and accounts payable functions is preferred.
Possess strong comprehension of software and integration design and administration
