In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management system, maintaining inventory levels, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of materials. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of inventory control processes.   1. Maintain and update inventory management system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Monitor inventory levels and track usage to ensure adequate supply levels at all times.
  3. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  4. Communicate inventory needs and concerns to relevant departments and team members.
  5. Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  6. Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  7. Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Monitor inventory turnover and make adjustments to optimize inventory levels.
  9. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  10. Train and educate staff on proper inventory control procedures and best practices.
  11. Prepare and maintain inventory reports for management.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area.
  13. Identify and implement cost-saving measures in the inventory management process.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in inventory control technology.
  15. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards related to inventory management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Inventory Control Or Supply Chain Management.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Inventory Discrepancies.

  • Knowledge Of Inventory Management Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle, And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Coordinate And Collaborate With Various Departments And Vendors.
