We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join the University of Southern California's Cardiology Clinic as a Health Care Concierge. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients and their families. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring that all patients are welcomed and guided through the clinic's services with care and efficiency.The ideal candidate for this position will possess a friendly and professional demeanor along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to listen and respond effectively to patient questions and concerns. Additionally, you must have the ability to multitask and a strong attention to detail. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and helping our patients feel supported and cared for.
