- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of field operations team.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure successful completion of projects.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Train and onboard new team members and provide ongoing support and development.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Communicate and coordinate with external partners and vendors.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Operations Management, Preferably In A University Or Higher Education Setting.
Strong Leadership And Supervisory Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Delegate Tasks Effectively.
Excellent Organizational And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.
Knowledge Of University Policies And Procedures, As Well As Experience With Budget Management And Financial Reporting.
