Job Description

The University of Southern California is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Facilities Mechanical Engineer to join our Facilities Department. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to excellence to provide the highest quality of services. We are looking for an individual who is able to work collaboratively with other departments and can think outside the box to come up with creative solutions.The Facilities Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of mechanical systems and equipment. This position requires a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, as well as knowledge of building codes and regulations. The successful candidate should have a valid driver’s license, experience in the maintenance and engineering of mechanical systems, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment. The ideal candidate should also be highly organized, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads.
