Job Description

The University of Southern California is seeking an experienced Energy Engineer to join our team and help ensure our campus is a leader in energy efficiency and sustainability. Our ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a passion for energy management, sustainability, and technological innovation. The Energy Engineer will play a key role in helping the University develop and implement plans for energy conservation, efficiency, and sustainability.The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in energy engineering, renewable energy, sustainability, or a related field, along with a strong understanding of building systems, energy management systems, and energy auditing. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Technical knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or other energy modeling software is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field is required.
