As the Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the digital strategy for our team and engaging with our loyal fanbase.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy for the football program's online presence.
  2. Oversee the creation and maintenance of all digital content, including website, social media, and email campaigns.
  3. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and communications, to ensure cohesive and consistent branding across all digital platforms.
  4. Monitor and analyze digital analytics and use data to inform future strategies and initiatives.
  5. Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies, and make recommendations for new digital initiatives.
  6. Manage a team of digital producers and designers, providing direction, feedback, and support.
  7. Work closely with the football program's coaching staff and players to ensure their involvement and participation in digital content.
  8. Engage with fans and followers on social media and other digital platforms, building and maintaining a strong online community.
  9. Plan and execute digital campaigns and promotions to drive engagement and increase fan loyalty.
  10. Ensure all digital content is high-quality, accurate, and aligns with the university's values and messaging.
  11. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to develop and execute digital projects.
  12. Monitor and respond to online feedback and comments in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Represent the football program at university events and media appearances.
  14. Stay informed about NCAA regulations and ensure all digital content complies with guidelines.
  15. Act as a liaison between the football program and the university's digital team, providing regular updates and reports on digital initiatives.
