  1. Develop and implement strategies for the efficient management of human capital and time at the university.
  2. Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of human capital and time management applications.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth integration of human capital and time management systems with other university applications.
  4. Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
  5. Train and support staff on the proper use of human capital and time management applications.
  6. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to human resources and time management.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors to ensure the university has access to the latest and most effective human capital and time management technologies.
  8. Lead a team of professionals responsible for the maintenance and support of human capital and time management applications.
  9. Prepare and present reports to senior management on the performance and efficiency of human capital and time management systems.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve human capital and time management processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Act as a liaison between the university and other departments to identify and address any issues related to human capital and time management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Hr Technology, Time Management Systems, And Process Improvement.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Hr And It Professionals.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Hr Best Practices, Compliance, And Regulations.

  • Experience Working In A Higher Education Setting Is Preferred.
