  1. Greet and welcome patients to the dental clinic with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  2. Assist patients in understanding their treatment plans and coordinating their care with the dental professionals.
  3. Schedule and confirm appointments for patients, ensuring optimal efficiency and minimal wait times.
  4. Communicate with patients regarding their insurance coverage and payment options.
  5. Maintain accurate and organized patient records, including treatment plans, insurance information, and other pertinent documents.
  6. Serve as a liaison between patients and dental professionals, ensuring open and effective communication.
  7. Proactively address and resolve any patient concerns or issues that may arise.
  8. Educate patients on proper dental care and maintenance to promote overall oral health.
  9. Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve and streamline patient care processes.
  10. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality in all patient interactions.
  11. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay updated on industry best practices.
  12. Adhere to all clinic policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for patients and staff.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of Bachelor's Degree In Health Administration, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In A Dental Office Or Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Patient Coordination Or Management Role.

  • Knowledge Of Dental Insurance And Billing Procedures, Including Experience With Electronic Medical Records And Scheduling Software.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Patients, Providers, And Staff.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Manage Multiple Responsibilities In A Fast-Paced Environment.
