In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging our customer relationship management (CRM) system to support our growth, conduct analyses that inform our engagement strategies, and build long-term relationships with our stakeholders.To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of CRM systems and have the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
