A clinical research program administrator is an integral part of the University of Southern California (USC) team, responsible for the successful management of research projects and the coordination of research activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize tasks accordingly. They must possess a strong attention to detail and be capable of exercising discretion and independent judgment. The successful candidate will have experience in clinical research or research administration, a working knowledge of clinical research regulations and standards, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
