  1. Conduct and coordinate clinical research studies: As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for carrying out research studies, including the recruitment of participants, data collection, and data management.
  2. Ensure compliance with regulations and protocols: You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations and protocols, including obtaining necessary approvals and ensuring the safety and ethical treatment of research participants.
  3. Collaborate with research team: You will work closely with the research team, including principal investigators, research coordinators, and data analysts, to ensure the smooth execution of research projects and timely completion of tasks.
  4. Perform data analysis and reporting: You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting research data, preparing reports, and presenting findings to the research team and other stakeholders.
  5. Maintain accurate and organized records: As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be expected to maintain accurate and organized records of all research activities, including participant consent forms, study protocols, and data collection forms.
  6. Monitor and troubleshoot study progress: You will be responsible for monitoring the progress of research studies and identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In An Academic Or Hospital Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Other Relevant Regulations And Standards.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Multidisciplinary Teams And Communicate With Study Participants.

  • Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
