Job Description

The University of Southern California is looking for an experienced and organized Clinical Office Coordinator to join our team. This position requires a person with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The Clinical Office Coordinator will provide important support for the clinical staff, ensuring that the clinical office runs smoothly and efficiently.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in patient care or a related field, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field. The candidate should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational and customer service skills. Knowledge of medical office software and electronic health records (EHR) is preferred.Above all, the ideal candidate should have a passion for providing quality healthcare and be committed to providing exceptional customer service.
