  1. Conduct quality control tests and procedures according to cGMP regulations to ensure accuracy and compliance of laboratory operations.
  2. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and precise results.
  3. Collect and analyze data, and document results in a timely and organized manner.
  4. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or deviations from established procedures or standards.
  5. Collaborate with other members of the laboratory team to ensure efficient and effective operation of the QC department.
  6. Assist in the preparation and review of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other relevant documentation.
  7. Stay updated on cGMP regulations and industry standards to ensure continuous compliance and improvement.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and superiors regarding any issues or concerns.
  10. Contribute to the development and validation of new quality control methods and techniques.
  11. Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with cGMP regulations.
  12. Train and mentor new laboratory technicians on QC procedures and regulations.
  13. Support the implementation of quality control initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  14. Assist in the preparation and execution of quality control experiments as needed.
  15. Work with cross-functional teams to investigate and address any quality-related issues or non-conformances.
  16. Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of work.
  17. Demonstrate a strong commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and quality in all tasks performed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Field Such As Chemistry, Biology, Or Biochemistry.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Cgmp Regulated Environment, Preferably In A Qc Laboratory Role.

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines For Cgmp Compliance.

  • Experience With Analytical Techniques Such As Hplc, Gc, And Spectroscopy.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Maintain Accurate And Organized Documentation.
