Completion Of A Nationally Accredited Phlebotomy Training Program And Certification As A Phlebotomy Technician Ii (Cpt Ii).
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Phlebotomist In A Clinical Laboratory Setting.
Proficiency In Venipuncture And Capillary Puncture Techniques, As Well As Specimen Processing And Handling.
Knowledge Of Laboratory Safety Protocols And Infection Control Procedures.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Patients, Healthcare Professionals, And Laboratory Staff Effectively.
