  1. Set up and maintain audio visual equipment for classrooms, lecture halls, and other educational spaces.
  2. Troubleshoot technical issues with AV equipment and provide timely solutions to minimize disruptions to classes.
  3. Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on AV equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  4. Collaborate with faculty and staff to determine AV needs for classes and events, and make recommendations for equipment upgrades or additions.
  5. Train faculty and staff on how to use AV equipment effectively and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  6. Assist with the coordination and setup of AV equipment for special events and guest lectures.
  7. Keep inventory of AV equipment and supplies, and make recommendations for new purchases as needed.
  8. Stay current with emerging audio visual technologies and make recommendations for their integration into the learning environment.
  9. Maintain a safe and organized AV storage area, ensuring proper handling and storage of equipment.
  10. Ensure that all AV equipment is properly labeled and documented for easy tracking and identification.
  11. Collaborate with IT department to ensure seamless integration of AV equipment with university network and systems.
  12. Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude and provide excellent service to faculty, staff, and students.
  13. Adhere to university policies and procedures regarding the use and maintenance of AV equipment.
  14. Keep updated records of AV equipment usage and provide reports as needed.
  15. Work with other members of the AV team to ensure timely completion of tasks and efficient use of resources.
