  1. Develop and implement programs and initiatives that promote the academic and personal growth of students.
  2. Serve as a mentor and advisor to students, providing guidance and support for their overall well-being.
  3. Collaborate with other faculty members and staff to ensure a seamless and positive student experience.
  4. Oversee the management and coordination of student affairs activities, including but not limited to orientation, student organizations, and campus events.
  5. Advise and assist students in navigating academic and personal challenges, and provide appropriate referrals to resources and support services.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to provide students with internship and job opportunities.
  7. Participate in the admissions process by reviewing and selecting candidates for admission, and providing support for the enrollment process.
  8. Serve as a liaison between students and faculty, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  9. Stay updated on current trends and best practices in student affairs and incorporate them into university policies and procedures.
  10. Contribute to the overall mission and vision of the university by actively participating in university committees and initiatives.
  11. Maintain accurate records and data related to student affairs activities and use them to make informed decisions.
  12. Provide leadership and supervision to other staff members in the student affairs department.
  13. Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for students from diverse backgrounds.
  14. Represent the university at conferences, events, and other professional development opportunities.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve student affairs programs and services to meet the changing needs of students.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Faculty, Staff, And Students.

  • Doctoral Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Psychology, Education, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Leadership Role In A Clinical Or Academic Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Current Trends And Best Practices In Student Affairs And Clinical Services For A Diverse Student Population.

  • Experience With Budget Management And Strategic Planning To Support The Growth And Development Of Student Affairs Programs.
