- Mentor and advise undergraduate and graduate students in their academic and research pursuits.

Advanced Degree In Aerospace Or Mechanical Engineering: Candidates For Both The Associate And Full Professor Positions Should Hold A Phd In Either Aerospace Or Mechanical Engineering, Or A Closely Related Field.
Extensive Teaching Experience: Both Positions Require A Strong Track Record Of Teaching At The Undergraduate And Graduate Levels In The Field Of Aerospace And Mechanical Engineering.
Research Expertise: Candidates Should Have A Strong Research Portfolio In Their Respective Fields, With A Proven Record Of Publications, Grants, And Collaborations With Industry And Government Agencies.
Leadership And Mentorship Skills: The Associate And Full Professor Positions At Usc Require Individuals Who Can Not Only Excel In Their Own Research And Teaching, But Also Provide Leadership And Mentorship To Junior Faculty, Graduate Students, And Undergraduate Students.
